Mrs. Maimounatou Ibrahima, Dr. Touray noted that the Parliament’s Silver Jubilee coincides with ECOWAS’ 50th Anniversary, offering a moment to reflect on progress and future challenges. He emphasized the Parliament’s vital role in ensuring citizens’ voices shape Community decisions, adding that its strengthened oversight and policy influence continue to promote peace, stability, and development across the region.
